The house is south-facing on a hillside, the private entrance to the apartment can be reached by stairs, the windows face the garden at ground level. The apartment is located in a small village in a wonderful hilly landscape. The location is conveniently located (A2 20 minutes, Hannover Airport 1 hour, shops and doctors 2.5 km). There are numerous places for leisure activities in the vicinity.

Das Haus ist in Hanglage nach Süden ausgerichtet, zum privaten Eingang des Apartments gelang man über eine Treppe, die Fenster gehen ebenerdig zum Garten hinaus.
