Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 130 m² in Berlin

our beautiful apartment in Berlin Mitte/Moabit (10551) is available for rent during a trip.
This is our home, the apartment is furnished, and we are looking for an individual or a couple who will treat it with consideration.
The apartment is a 130m² loft in an old factory building, decorated in a vintage-industrial style. 2nd floor, 2nd courtyard, many large windows.
You are welcome to use towels and the likes. Rent is €1200/month. We have a cleaning lady who can come for €50/week.
There are also a handful of plants and a fish to take care of in the apartment.
The default rental period is February 1st to June 30th, with any deviations to be discussed.

unsere schöne Wohnung in Berlin Mitte/Moabit (10551) ist während einer Reise zu vermieten.
Dies ist unser Zuhause, die Wohnung ist eingerichtet und wir suchen eine Person oder ein Paar, die rücksichtsvoll damit umgeht.
Die Wohnung ist ein 130m² Loft in einem alten Fabrikgebäude eingerichtet im vintage-industrial style. 2.OG, 2.Hinterhof, viele große Fenster.
Verbrauchsgüter könnt ihr natürlich mit benutzen. Miete sind 1200€/Monat. Wir haben eine Reinigungskraft, die für 50€/Woche weiter kommen kann.
In der Wohnung sind auch eine handvoll Pflanzen und ein Fisch zu versorgen.
Als Zeitraum gilt erst einmal 1.2.-30.6., Abweichungen müssen besprochen werden.

Bei Interesse schreibt bitte etwas über Euch, uns ist besonders wichtig, dass wir an eine Person vermieten, der wir vertrauen. Die Wohnung ist offen. Wir wohnen hier zu zweit mit zwei Kindern, sie eignet sich am Besten für Einzelpersonen und Paare.
