English: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the side wing of a typical Berlin old building and is therefore very quiet and bright. The apartment is located in the middle of the Akazienkiez and offers everything your heart desires. The Akazienkiez has two neighborhood centers. The area around Goltzstraße and Winterfeldtplatz, where a large weekly market is held every Saturday, has many cafés, restaurants and a few pubs. A few artisans have their stores here, and other small stores are being added. The Akazienstraße / Belziger Straße area is similarly lively. The cafés are full and the people are relaxed. The rest of the neighborhood is mainly residential - in a mixture of magnificent Wilhelminian style architecture and unadorned post-war West Berlin charm. One of the most famous residents of Akazienkiez has been honored with a memorial plaque: David Bowie lived with Iggy Pop in a shared flat on Hauptstraße. German: Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Der Akazienkiez hat zwei Kiezzentren. Das Gebiet rund um die Goltzstraße und den Winterfeldtplatz, auf dem jeden Samstag ein großer Wochenmarkt stattfindet, hat viele Cafés, Restaurants und ein paar Kneipen zu bieten. Einige Kunsthandwerker haben hier ihre Läden, weitere kleine Geschäfte kommen dazu. Ähnlich belebt ist der Bereich Akazienstraße / Belziger Straße. Die Cafés sind voll, die Menschen entspannt. Im Rest des Kiezes wird überwiegend gewohnt - in einer Mischung aus prächtiger Gründerzeitarchitektur und schmucklosem Westberliner Nachkriegscharme. Einer der berühmtesten Einwohner des Akazienkiezes wurde übrigens mit einer Gedenktafel geehrt: David Bowie wohnte mit Iggy Pop in einer WG an der Hauptstraße.
