Im Wohnzimmer haben wir die Essecke, ein Doppelschlafcouch und Fernseher. von dem Wohnzimmer kommt man zum Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank.
In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung ist der bekannte Marienplatz mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Einkaufs- und Lokale gibt es um jede Ecke. Zu Fuss kommt man zur Isar und zu weiteren Attraktionen und Kulturstätten Münchens. Die Wohnung liegt übrigens auch nah am beliebten Isar Beach.
