3 rooms apartment of 64m² in Cologne

Our charming three-room maisonette apartment with a detached sun terrace may only be 64 square metres in size, but the sloping ceilings in the upstairs living room and the layout of the rooms make it feel larger. We live there with our children (aged 6 and 10), who use the roof terrace (24 square metres) as a fourth open-air room whenever the weather permits. We are going to visit our family abroad and are therefore renting out the furnished flat for 10.5 months, exactly one school year or two semesters. The flat is suitable for a small family or shared flat. We leave the kitchen equipped with everything you need for daily use, including a refrigerator, stove, washing machine and dishwasher. Sofas, beds, cupboards, etc. also remain. The small daylight bathroom has a shower. We are looking for nice people (small pets are welcome) who will appreciate our temporary home. It is a beautiful place in a great neighbourhood and environment – both culturally and socially.
