Likewise, the S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt (every Thursday there is a market here with fresh delicacies and the regular food, accessories and goods that can be found at markets) and other streetcar and (night-)bus stops. In addition, the stations Alexanderplatz (U2, U8, U5, S-Bahn, RB) and Weinmeisterstraße (U8) are each within five minutes walking distance. The beautiful view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Berlin has an inspiring and calming effect, which makes the stay in the apartment all the more pleasant. Demonstrationsrouten führen oft an dem Apartmenthaus vorbei. Wenn man hier wohnt, ist man mitten im Berliner Stadtleben. Sehr große und kleine Supermärkte, Drogerien, Spätis, große und kleine Restaurants und Bars sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der S-Bahnhof Hackescher Markt (hier findet jeden Donnerstag ein Markt mit frischen Köstlichkeiten und den üblichen Lebensmitteln, Accessoires und Waren, die auf Märkten zu finden sind, statt) und weitere Straßenbahn- und (Nacht-)Bushaltestellen. Außerdem sind die Stationen Alexanderplatz (U2, U8, U5, S-Bahn, RB) und Weinmeisterstraße (U8) in jeweils fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der schöne Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer über die Dächer Berlins wirkt inspirierend und beruhigend, was den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung umso angenehmer macht. Hier kann man sich eine Auszeit vom pulsierenden Stadtleben Berlins nehmen. Leider gehört das Ledersofa nicht mehr zum Inventar der Wohnung.
