There is a mini golf course right next to the house and a beautiful spa park with a duck pond and Kneipp facility.Depending on availability, parking spaces are available free of charge directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. The parking garage is currently being remodeled, so there are restrictions.The apartment is available from 3 . on the day of arrival and until 10 . on the day of departure. Pets are welcome, but may be charged extra.From 03.11. - December 1st, 2024 the swimming pool and sauna will be closed due to annual maintenance work.
