English: Spacious ground floor apartment with shopfloor windows and a connected basement floor. Bedroom 1 to the backyard, quiet. The piano is in working condition and tuned. Bedroom 2 is dedicated for occasional guests only. The laundry room with the washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment is adjacent to bedroom 2 (pictures to follow). You will be located in the middle of the Akazienkiez, a vibrant neighborhood with stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet due to its setting in a small lane without any through traffic. All necessities are within walking distance: 5 minutes to the metro station Eisenacher Strasse and buses on Hauptstrasse. Several super markets and food shops in walking distance. Right next door is a nice playground for children with table tennis and a small soccer field (hard top). The Wartburgplatz (a small park with a very nice playground) is two blocks away. "Die Schlange", a basketball court, is about 10 min away. For runners: the Volkspark, a longer park, is about 5 min of running away. There is a bench outside the apartment that can used for having a coffee or tea. German: Geräumige Erdgeschosswohnung mit angeschlossenem Untergeschoss zur Alleinbenutzung, mitten im Akazienkiez. Ruhig durch die Lage in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Ein zusätzlicher Hauswirtschaftsraum in der Wohnung, in dem die Waschmaschine, der Trockner und die Reinigungsmittel stehen, ist vorhanden aber nicht abgebildet (Fotos folgen in Kürze). Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar: 5 min vom U-Bhf Eisenacher Strasse (U7) und zu den Buslinien auf der Hauptstrasse und der Martin-Luther-Strasse. Supermärkte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in 5-10 min, je nach Vorliebe günstig, bio, gross oder klein. Restaurants, Bars, der berühmte DoubleEye Coffee shop, die Geschäfte der Akazienstrasse, alles ist direkt vor der Haustür und durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss praktisch zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein schöner Kinderspielplatz mit Tischtennisplatte und Fussballplatz. Etwa 5 min entfernt ist der Wartburgplatz, ein kleiner Park mit sehr schönem Spielplatz. Etwa 10 min entfernt ist "die Schlange", ein Basketballplatz. Für Läufer: in 5 min kann man zum Volkspark joggen und dort eine längere Runde drehen.
