The apartment “CityPulse” is located at Chemnitzer Straße 117 in the Plauen/Südvorstadt-West district of Dresden and offers approximately 48 m² of living space for up to four people. Important to know: the apartment is ideally suited for two people, but thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accommodate up to three guests. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Access is via the staircase or conveniently by elevator – however, please note that a few steps still have to be managed, so the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Amenities: The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed if required. The living room features a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and access to the balcony, which faces the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator including freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and stove – allowing you to cater for yourself comfortably.
