English: You live in a fully equipped, modern and above all comfortably furnished apartment. This is not a posh designer apartment where you never really feel at home. Instead, we have high quality and comfortable furniture. Of course, the apartment is fully furnished, in addition to a sofa, bed, dining table and chairs: - Kitchenette including complete equipment - Bathroom with a shower - Wardrobe with built-in safe - Internet and television - towels, bed linen - decoration The fotos show an example of this apartment type. The house also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Parking space in the enclosed courtyard can be booked for 180€ per month, please ask for availability. Also included in the price is a cleaning service every four weeks, including bed linen and towel changes. For a surcharge, you can also clean more often. When you book one of our apartments, everything is taken care of. Our motto is "Arrive and feel good", because your well-being is our highest priority. The following applies to every stay: All you need for a stay with us is your private valuables. The apartment is located in Frankfurt-Niederrad, about 5 minutes from Frankfurt city center, the A3 or all important connection points in Frankfurt / to the entire Rhine-Main area. German: Sie wohnen in einem vollausgestatteten, modern und vor allem wohnlich eingerichteten Apartment. Kein hochmodernes Designer-Apartment, in dem man sich nie richtig daheim fühlt. Stattdessen haben wir hochwertige und bequeme Möbel, in denen man sich auch für längere Zeit aufhalten kann. Selbstverständlich ist das Apartment komplett eingerichtet, also neben Sofa, Bett, Esstisch und Stühlen: - Kitchenette inkl. Komplett-Ausstattung - Bad mit Dusche - Kleiderschrank mit Einbausafe - Internet und Fernseher - Handtücher, Bettwäsche - Deko Fotos zeigen ein Beispiel-Apartment des beschriebenen Apartment-Typs. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Ein Parkplatz im Innenhof kann nach Verfügbarkeit gebucht werden zu 180€ pro Monat. Ebenfalls im Preis enthalten ist ein Reinigungsservice alle vier Wochen, inkl. Bettwäsche-, und Handtuchwechsel. Gegen Aufpreis kann gerne auch öfter gereinigt werden. Das Apartment liegt in Frankfurt-Niederrad, also ca. 5 Minuten von der Frankfurter Innenstadt, der A3 oder allen wichtigen Verbindungspunkten in Frankfurt / zum gesamten Rhein-Main-Gebiet.
