English: This apartment is located in the center of the city. It's a two minute walk from the M1 & M12 tram, 4 minute walk to the U8 at Rosenthaler Platz and U2 at Senefelder Platz, and 10 minute walk to Hackescher Markt S-bahn. Grocery stores, pharmacies and other shops, cafés and restaurants are within 2 min walking distance.
The area around the apartment is very green and safe. The building is situated on a bicycle street so it is wonderfully quiet and has minimal traffic. There are a number of parks nearby and within a one block radius you will find 18 different restaurants/cafés or bars with food options from all over the world.
The apartment itself is bright, lovingly decorated and clean. It has a full kitchen, bathroom (with a bathtub), bedroom, living room and home office. There is an enclosed garden directly out back that is technically a shared space but we are the only ones that ever use it, so it feels private. We also have a piano and keyboard you are free to use.
We are looking for a short-term tenant from December - March that will be respectful of our space. Parties and additional guests are not permitted. Please get in touch, we'd love to meet you!
