English: Due to an internship abroad and a break from the office, we'll be away from Dresden for a while and would like to sublet our apartment to nice people from May to December. We're offering the apartment fully furnished. This means you'll get a completely furnished apartment and can move in immediately. Our personal belongings will, of course, be stored elsewhere to give you plenty of space. The apartment has a beautiful, large living room with kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and built-in washer-dryer, a bedroom, and an additional room that can be used as a child's room, office, or guest room. It's located on the third floor, facing northeast, and the large windows make it bright and airy. The garden is available for all tenants of the building to use. There's also a raised garden bed that you're welcome to use and plant if you'd like. German: Wegen Auslandspraktikum und Auszeit im Büro sind wir für einige Zeit nicht in Dresden und möchten gern unsere Wohnung von Mai bis Dezember an nette Menschen untervermieten. Wir bieten die Wohnung mit samt unseren Möbeln an. Das heißt, ihr bekommt eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung und könnt direkt einziehen. Unsere persönlichen Sachen sind dann natürlich an einem anderen Ort verstaut, damit ihr genug Platz habt. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne große Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eingebautem Waschtrockner, ein Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Kinder-/Arbeits-/Gästezimmer. Sie befindet sich im 3. OG auf der Nordost-Seite, durch die großen Fenster ist es immer schön hell. Der Garten kann durch alle Mieter des Hauses mit benutzt werden. Es wäre auch ein Hochbeet vorhanden, was ihr nutzen und bepflanzen könnt, falls ihr darauf Lust habt.
