English: Lovely 2 room family appartment in Moabit, Mitte. Public transportation is close nearby. (200m - Underground & Ringbahn) Within 10 min. your are in the middle of the city () Next to the flat is a park and an artist workspace. Cute cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and doctors are all around and pretty close. You find a 1,8 m large bed, a kid's bed and a baby bed in the sleeping room. So two adults and two little ones can stay here and there is a guests mattress as well. (If you are without kids, the baby bed can also be removed of course.) There are plants that need to be watered and the apartment has to be immaculately clean when you leave again. (No worries - it will be all super tidied up for your arrival. :P) German: Gemütliche Familienwohnung - 2 Zimmer-Altbau in Moabit, Mitte. Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Anbindung zu U & S -Bahn (Ringbahn). In nur 10min ist man mit der U-Bahn am Ku Damm und im Zentrum der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants, süße Cafés, Bars und Ärzte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gegenüber ist ein Künstler Workspace und Park. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1,80 m-Doppelbett, ein Kinder- sowie ein Babybett. Bis zu zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder kommen also problemlos unter. Es gibt auch eine Gästematratze. (Das Babybett kann natürlich auch weggeräumt werden, falls ihr ohne Kinder unterwegs seid.) Es gibt Pflanzen, die gegossen werden müssen und die Wohnung muss in einwandfreiem, geputztem Zustand verlassen werden. (Keine Sorge - vor eurer Anreise räumen wir natürlich nochmal picobello auf! :P)
