On the top level there is the bedroom with shelves. The ground floor offers enough space for living with a nice seating area and sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Around the corner are shopping facilities, such as the "Rewe" (supermarket) and the drugstore "Rossmann". Not far away, there is one of the biggest shopping centers in Munich (Pep-Einkaufszentrum), reachable by subway in 2 minutes - stop "Neuperlach Zentrum". Not far from your accommodation is the beautiful "Ostpark", which invites you for a walk or for sports activities. Adjacent to the "Ostpark" is the "Wirtshaus Michaeligarten", where you will surely find something fine to eat. Cozy beer gardens, surfers on the Eisbach, exciting street art - there is always something new (or old) to discover in the Bavarian capital. The best thing to do is rent a bike and explore the city's historic streets and squares. Or stroll through the hip Glockenbachviertel and take a lunch break at one of the street cafés on Gärtnerplatz. In summer, a dip in the Isar River is a refreshing must-do. By S-Bahn (Trainstation) and U-Bahn (Metrostation) The nearest U- and S-Bahn stop to the property is "Neuperlach Süd" (U5 and S7) and only a two-minute walk away. Airport about 50 minutes away.
