It near the city centre of Heilbronn with the main markets, Rathaus and the riverwalk along the Neckar within walking distance. Within 500 metres, you can access a LIDL, Netto and a Turkish market. The connectivity is great with an S-bahn stop (Technische Schulzentrum) right at the entrance of the building. The apartment life is quite comforting. the flatmates are very friendly and it is quite peaceful. You have access to a very strong network of students and talents within the building.
