Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 73 m² in Berlin

English: The full apartment:
I am moving to Dublin on October 5th and have therefore decided to sublet my apartment.
The flat is located on the 4th floor with a direct view of the Spree River – there’s a large bicycle elevator – :) The hallway and dressing room is quiet empty at the moment. but in the dressing room are three large closets with bedding, towels etc. and lots of space for your stuff.
The main room has a beautiful herringbone parquet floor, long curtains, double windows, and stucco on the ceiling.
The apartment is fantastic in every way. The neighbors are quiet and super friendly, and the apartment is very central and not noisy at all!
Kitchen:
The kitchen is not modern, but okayish and an electric kettle, oven, fridge etc. ist everything there.
Bathroom:
I'm currently clearing out the bathroom cabinets completely to make space for you. There's a towel warmer, a bathtub, and a separate shower.
Flur:
The hallway will be completely empty since the piano will be picked up on the 30th.
German: Die komplette Wohnung:
Ich ziehe am 5. Oktober nach Dublin und habe mich daher entschieden, meine Wohnung unterzuvermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock mit direktem Blick auf die Spree – es gibt einen großen Fahrradaufzug – :) Der Flur und der Ankleideraum sind im Moment ziemlich leer, aber im Ankleideraum stehen drei große Schränke mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern usw. und viel Platz für deine Sachen.
Das Hauptzimmer hat einen schönen Fischgrätenparkettboden, lange Vorhänge, Doppelfenster und Stuck an der Decke.
Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht fantastisch. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und super freundlich, und die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem überhaupt nicht laut!
Küche:
Die Küche ist nicht modern, aber okay und es gibt einen Wasserkocher, Ofen, Kühlschrank usw. – alles ist da.
Badezimmer:
Ich räume gerade die Badezimmerschränke komplett aus, um Platz für dich zu schaffen. Es gibt einen Handtuchwärmer, eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche.
Flur:
Der Flur wird komplett leer sein, da das Klavier am 30. abgeholt wird.
