English: The modern apartment is fully furnished. Moving in and out is easy as it comes with bed linen, towels etc. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. A separate office room serves as a convenient working space. The large living room invites to relax. You can have dinners and enjoy watching movies on a large TV. The price includes any side costs (heating, electricity, WLAN and the German GEZ fee). The landlord has agreed to the sub rental in written form. Move-in and -out-dates can be agreed on flexibly.
