English: About the free room: It is huge with 55 square meters. It has a dressing room, a 2x2 king-size bed, a mezzanine, a movie screen with projector, fully equipped with Sonos speakers, fridge and coffee machine next to the bed and access to the balcony. From the window you can see the TV tower.
About the apartment as a whole:
Your room (spare room): To the inner courtyard room, double bed
Thea's room: Bay window room facing the balcony and Prenzlauer Allee, large fireplace, large double bed, cinema (projector, screen, hammock, balcony access...(can also be used with pleasure)
Wafas room: room facing the balcony and Prenzlauer Allee, fireplace, large chill-out bed
Living room: 40 m², typical "Berlin room" (passage from the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom and further entrance to the apartment), very comfortable giant sofa (also sofa bed), dining table for up to 10 people. Smart TV, games collection, co-working/learning space, ....
Kitchen: Modern kitchen, fully equipped, American side to side fridge with ice cube/filtered water function, Sodastream, Jura coffee machine with milk frother, washer-dryer, juicer, blender, ... everything (if something is missing then I'll buy it :D)
Bathroom: very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower (tropical shower), bathtub, double washbasin, etc.
The balcony: The balcony is just really nice. With radiant heaters, electric blanket, curtains, bamboo plants and very bright fairy lights, you can even survive the Berlin horror of February. There's a sunbathing area and a table and chairs on the balcony. Balistyle. But you can only get there via Wafa or my room. But actually our doors are always open and we're happy to see each other. You can also see the TV tower from the balcony. Alexanderplatz is a 5-minute walk away.
German: Zum freien Zimmer: Es ist riesig mit 55 qm. Es verfügt über ein Ankleidezimmer, ein 2x2 Kingszicebett, eine Hochpaterre, eine Kinoleinwand mit Beamer, voll ausgestattet mit Sonos Boxen, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine neben dem Bett und Zugang zum Balkon. Aus dem Fenster kannst du auf den Fernsehturm sehen.

Wafas Zimmer: Zimmer zum Balkon und Prenzlauer Allee, Kamin, großes Chillout-Bett
Wohnzimmer: 40 m², typisches "Berliner Zimmer" (Durchgangszimmer von den Schlafzimmern zur Küche und Bad und weiterem Eingang zur Wohnung), sehr bequemes Riesensofa (auch Schlafsofa), Esstisch für bis zu 10 Personen. Smart TV, Spielesammlung, Co-Working/Learning Space,....
Küche: Moderne Küche, voll ausgestattet, American Side to Side Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel/Gefiltertem Wasserfunktion, Sodastream, Jura Kaffeemaschine mit Milchaufschäumer, Waschtrockner, Entsafter, Mixer, ... alles (wenn was fehlt dann kaufe ich es :D)
Bad: sehr geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche (Tropendusche), Badewanne, Doppelwaschbecken, etc.
Der Balkon: Der Balkon ist halt echt nice. Mit Wärmestrahlern, Heizdecke, Vorhängen, Bambuspflanzen und sehr heller Lichterkette übersteht man auch den Berlin-Horror-Februar. Auf dem Balkon ist ne Liegewiese und halt Tisch mit Stühlen. Balistyle. Dort kommst du aber nur über Wafa oder mein Zimmer hin. Aber eigentlich sind unsere Türen immer offen und wir freuen uns wenn wir uns sehen. Vom Balkon sieht man auch den Fernsehturm. Der Alexanderplatz ist 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
