5 rooms house of 117m² in Cologne

We are renting out our house for the duration of our parental leave and would be happy to put it in trustworthy hands during this time. The house is ideal for a family of four: a traffic-calmed street, neighbors with children, playgrounds, and everything you need for daily life is within walking or biking distance. Lake Pescher and Lake Escher are also right outside. We bought the house two years ago, extensively renovated it, and lovingly furnished it. We are renting it out fully furnished. The layout of the rooms may change slightly here and there before our trip, as we will continue to live here until January. The house itself consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen and guest toilet on the ground floor, two children's rooms, a bathroom, and an office on the first floor, and another bathroom and a large bedroom with a small desk and air conditioning on the top floor. There is also a small garden with a gas grill. The garage also exists, but is used for various bicycles, strollers, scooters, etc. However, we could clear it upon request. If you're interested, you can also use our bicycles (one regular, one e-bike, and children's bikes), bike trailers, etc. A cleaning lady comes once a week, which is already included in the costs. We would ideally like to rent the house for the entire period from January 20, 2026, to April 21, 2026, but shorter stays are also possible upon request.
