We are renting out our lovingly furnished period apartment (113 m²) on the 1st floor, ideally from mid-January to mid-June. The apartment is located on Alt-Moabit, just a few minutes’ walk from the central train station, with views of green trees in both directions. It’s a classic Berlin Altbau with high ceilings, wooden parquet floors, and stucco. The apartment is fully furnished – including a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, a cozy living room, lots of books and art on the walls – and a balcony! The bathroom is small but functional.
