English: We are renting out our lovingly furnished period apartment (113 m²) on the 1st floor, ideally from mid-January to mid-June. The apartment is located on Alt-Moabit, just a few minutes’ walk from the central train station, with views of green trees in both directions. It’s a classic Berlin Altbau with high ceilings, wooden parquet floors, and stucco. The apartment is fully furnished – including a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, a cozy living room, lots of books and art on the walls – and a balcony! The bathroom is small but functional. Die Wohnung liegt auf Alt-Moabit, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, mit Blick auf grüne Bäume in beide Richtungen. Es handelt sich um einen klassischen Berliner Altbau mit hohen Decken, Holzparkett und Stuck. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert – inklusive voll ausgestatteter Küche mit allen Utensilien, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, vielen Büchern und Kunst an den Wänden – und einem Balkon! Das Bad ist klein, aber funktional.
