English: In the newly built house we rent our approx. 60 m² 3-room apartment on the 1st floor. The property is built in resort architecture and is located in the heart of Binz. It is only a few steps to the fine sandy beach. You can easily park your car up to 2.00m high in the underground car park. A lockable bicycle storage room is available in the house. Binz is the ideal starting point for beach hikes, bike tours and excursions across the entire island of Rügen.
If you want to book additional services (. pets), these must be subsequently updated manually by the host. The price is currently EUR 90 per pet per month.

German: Im neu gebauten Haus vermieten wir unsere ca. 60 m² große 3-Zimmer Wohnung im 1. OG. Das Objekt ist in Bäderarchitektur errichtet und im Herzen von Binz gelegen. Zum feinen Sandstrand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Ihren PKW bis 2.00m Höhe parken Sie bequem in der Tiefgarage. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradabstellraum steht im Haus zur Verfügung. Binz ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Strandwanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Ausflüge über die gesamte Insel Rügen.
Sofern Zusatzleistungen (z.B. Haustiere) buchen wollen, müssen diese nachträglich manuell vom Gastgeber nachgepflegt werden. Derzeit beträgt der Preis je Haustier und Monat 90 EUR.
