English: This fully furnished apartment is on the first floor (US 2nd) of a not very big house with a small garden and a terrace for BBQ laundry or the like. Almost opposite from this house you can enjoy the view to horse riding school. Shopping, bakery and other needs can be found just some 5 bike minutes away.
There is one double bed () in the living room and another bed is separate in another room. A study or reading room is also perfect to work with focus while someone else is watching TV or so. :-) We do not yet have photos of the big fridge and of the bathtub but it is there.
Please not that the price listed is only for 1 to 2 renters. For each person more the rent increases by €100,- per month.
German: Diese vollmöblierte Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger Lage fast gegenüber einem Reiterhof. Einkaufen, Bäckerei und vieles andere ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein Doppelbett, ca 160 befindet sich im Wohnzimmer, ein weiteres Bett seperat in einem weiteren Zimmer. Dazwischen gibt es ein gemütliches Arbeitszimmer.
BITTE beachten Sie, dass der angegebene Preis nur für eine Mieteranzahl von 1-2 Personen gilt. Mit jeder weiteren Person erhöht sich die Miete um jeweils €100,- mtl.
Nicht zu sehen auf den Bildern ist der große Kühlschrank und die Badewanne ist nur zu erahnen. :-) Wir machen bald neue Fotos. :-)
