English: The apartment was fresh renovated and in 2021. There are 2bedrooms. One is equipped with a bed, TV and HiFi and a workstation with LAN connection (50Mbit download). WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The 2nd bedroom has a smart TV, a bed and several dressers. The kitchen with balcony is fully equipped including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a large seating area.
A hallway with a shoe cabinet, the bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower and lots of stylish design elements complete the happiness :-) Of course, bed linen and towels are also included.
The apartment is located in 01127 Dresden on the 1st floor of a renovated old building in a quiet location. Everyday things are within walking distance. The nearest train station is 300 meters away: You will reach Neustadt train station in 5 minutes and only 13 minutes to the main train station. You only need 25 minutes to get to the HTW-University (door-to-door) and just a little more to the Dresden University of Technology. In addition, several tram lines can be reached. The highway is 5 minutes away.
Infineon, Bosch Semiconductor, Globalfoundries and the Techno-Park can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car and in about 30 minutes by public transport.
German: Die Wohnung wurde 2021 frisch renoviert. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Das erste verfügt über ein Bett mit TV und HiFi und einen Arbeitsplatz mit Lan-Anschluss (50Mbit download). WLAN ist in der ganzen Wohnung verfügbar. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen Smart-TV, ein Bett und mehrere Kommoden. Die Küche mit Balkon ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie einer großen Sitzgruppe.
Ein Flur mit Schuhschrank, das Bad mit Badewanne und Regendusche sowie jede Menge stylische Designelemente runden das Wohnglück ab :-) Zum Umfang gehören natürlich auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Das Apartment befindet sich in 01127 Dresden im 1.OG eines sanierten Altbaus in ruhiger Lage. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die nächste S-Bahn Station ist 300m entfernt: 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof Neustadt, 13 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Damit braucht man beispielsweise nur 25 Minuten bis zur HTW (Tür-zu-Tür) und nur etwas mehr zur TU-Dresden. Zusätzlich sind mehrere Straßenbahnlinien erreichbar. Die Autobahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
