(fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer). living room has a couch, table and a desk. it has big windows so you have the whole day good daylight. it has floor heating system, small balcony and is located on 4th floor with lift. the appartment size is 60 sqm = 645sqft. the u bahn station "milchhof" is direclty in front of the housedoor.
