hello, we are renting out our fully furnished appartment in stuttgart city center. the appartment comes with one garage space for you car, 180cm double bed, four door shrunk, fully equipped kitchen all appliances from bosch. (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer). living room has a couch, table and a desk. it has big windows so you have the whole day good daylight. it has floor heating system, small balcony and is located on 4th floor with lift. the appartment size is 60 sqm = 645sqft. the u bahn station "milchhof" is direclty in front of the housedoor. (you cant hear the trains moving at all) the appartment is 2024 built & finished. the only thing you need to addtional is electricity. move in possible from june 1st or possibly earlier. distance to patch/kelley: 20 to 25 minutes distance to robinson 10 to 15 minutes distance to panzer 25 to 30 min
