English: Our beautiful apartment in Magdeburg's old town is currently being lovingly furnished and "ready to move in only with a suitcase" and will be available to move into from April 15, 2024. The apartment is located in the quiet back building of a listed building on the 4th floor (without elevator).
The apartment has a spacious living room in which you will find an "Emma sofa bed", which when unfolded has a lying area of 160 x 200 cm.
In the bedroom you sleep on the Emma One box spring bed (180 x 200).
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen also contains basic equipment such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper and much more, so that you can feel at home straight away without having to go shopping first.
For a relaxed evening after work, we offer you Netflix included on the 58 inch smart TV.
German: Unser schönes Apartment in der Magdeburger Altstadt wird derzeit von uns liebevoll und "löfffelfertig" eingerichtet und kann ab dem 15. April 2024 bezogen werden. Das Apartment befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäude im 4. Obergeschoss (ohne Fahrstuhl).
Das Apartment verfügt über ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer in dem Ihr eine "Emma Schlafcouch" findet, welche ausgeklappt über eine Liegefläche von 160 x 200 cm verfügt.
Im Schlafzimmer schlaft Ihr auf dem Emma One Boxspringbett (180 x 200).
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche enthält zusätzlich eine Basisausstattung an Kaffee, Tee, Salz, Pfeffer .m. so dass Ihr euch gleich wohl fühlen könnt ohne erst einkaufen gehen zu müssen.
