English: I'm looking to sublet my flat in Bergmannkiez for 6 weeks between 16 December- 31 January. 2 room 63sqm with balcony in. Price is 1000€pm (so 1500€ for the full 6 week period) + kaution, which includes internet/heating and all other bills.
the flat is in a beautiful altbau and is in the hinterhaus so you don't get noise from the street, but is right in the middle of a lively neighbourhood.
Appliances include airfryer, microwave, washing machine (as well as other standard appliances, fridge/oven).
