Due to my longer absence (until Oct, possibly longer if wanted), I’m searching for a reliable subtenant or couple for my lovely decorated 81 m2 flat in Gartenstr. right next to S-Bahn station Nordbahnhof in Berlin Mitte. There are also two tram stations in 1-2 minutes walking distance. The whole flat is equipped and you can make yourself at home using kitchen gear (plates, pots, etc) or duvet covers. All bills are included such as Nebenkosten, electricity, GEZ and WiFi. Deposit: 2 monthly rents Plus, I’d kindly ask you to take care of the plants inside the flat while I’m away. I’ll still always be reachable if there are issues and also have people in Berlin that can help if needed.
