This apartment with 2 living/bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and corridor is particularly suitable for flat shares, as each room has its own bathroom. The photos are not up to date. We have further improved the furnishing of the rooms. Unfortunately, since the apartment is rented until the end of September, I cannot provide any current photos. Everything you need to live is there. If you should be missing something, it will be taken care of at short notice. Washing machines and dryers are available in the laundry room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, lots of drawers and a chemist's cupboard. The rent is for 3 to 4 people. Since the energy costs cannot be realistically estimated, I unfortunately have to set the rent accordingly. It has been shown that tenants are not economical when it comes to flat-rate rent.
