3 rooms apartment of 80 m² in Berlin

English: Two bedroom apartment, with balcony, sit-in kitchen, and spacious living room on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a quiet house. One of the bedrooms is smaller and faces the street. The larger bedroom faces a courtyard. Every room in the house (including the two bedrooms) has a desk/workspace. The apartment is on a quiet street between U8 Boddinstrasse and U7 Rathaus Neukoelln.It's minutes walk away from great restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, canals, and parks such as Templehoferfeld, right in the heart of one of the most lively and diverse neighborhoods in Berlin. I am looking for responsible, non-smokers, who will water the plants while I am gone. I prefer longer rentals. The apartment is for two adults, a couple, or a couple with a child. The bed in the smaller bedroom is actually 120cm wide and not a single bed. German: The apartment has been recently upgraded (plastered walls, refurbished Dielen floors) and is very light and bright. The space is super pleasant, and the large bedroom on the back of the apartment is on a very quiet courtyard. Supermarkets and all amenities are within 1 minute walk. Two underground lines have stops a few minutes walk away (U7 and U8). While the furniture is not super luxurious, it has character and is quite unique.
