English: We are renting our 2 bedroom appartment in Friedrischain. Connectivity is easy, with less than 10 min walk away from Ostkreuz. (Easy commuting to/from Airport and city center) The appartment is in the ground floor, with direct access to a private Terrace and a shared garden with amenities for kids (Trampoline, slide, sandpit). The master bedroom is on the garden side while the second bedroom is on street side. The bathroom has both a shower cabin and a bath tub. A comfortable convertible sofa in the living room also present an additional sleeping option of required. No pets and no smoking inside the flat. German: Wir vermieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Friedrichshain. Die Anbindung ist optimal: Das Ostkreuz ist weniger als 10 Gehminuten entfernt. (Einfache Anbindung zum/vom Flughafen und Stadtzentrum.) Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet direkten Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse und einem Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Kinderspielplätzen (Trampolin, Rutsche, Sandkasten). Das Hauptschlafzimmer liegt zur Gartenseite, das zweite Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Ein bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet bei Bedarf eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit. Haustiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
