The bedroom and the study open from the living room. In the bedroom there is a cm double-bed. The study can turned into a guest room.
The neighbourhood is lively with weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, but it is not a party zone and after 11pm there is hardly any noise on the streets.
