Located on the 4th floor (stairs, no lift!), my 56 m2 flat is very luminous. Its a 3 bedroom flat (living room with open kitchen, bedroom, home-office room and balcony) and fully furnished.
Its a nice area, very safe and quiet but super well connected in terms of public transport (U2: 5 min walk, S-bahn and Ring Bahn 15 min walk). There are many grocery stores nearby (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka). Also a pharmacy, a gym, bakeries, a Sparkasse, etc.
German: Ich vermiete meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Pankow für min. 1 Monat, die Wohnung ist aber im Zeitraum von 22. Dezember bis 8. Februar frei.
Die voll möblierte Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. Etage (Treppe, leider kein Aufzug!) und besteht aus Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Balkon, Schlafzimmer und einem extra Zimmer, das als Home Office Zimmer dient.
Sehr schöne, ruhige und sichere Lage mit toller Verkehrsanbindung (U2 Station Vinetastr. nur 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt)
