Our apartments are purposefully built for both privacy and community. Cook some delicious dinners with your flatmates in your shared and fully equipped kitchen, or gather around the dining area to enjoy a good meal together. The newly built apartments at Simmelstraße are also equipped with shared bathrooms and balconies where you can relax and unwind. Please note that the display of the shared areas in this apartment may vary slightly. Located in Berlin Reinickendorf, Simmelstraße is a newly built, high quality building with thoughtfully designed bedrooms and fully equipped apartments. The building is situated in close proximity to several amenities, including supermarkets, parks and green spaces, restaurants and cafés, and essential services like banks and pharmacies. This means that you’ll have everything you need to unlock your next move in Berlin with full ease and convenience. This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month. To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
