English: Our apartment is on the second floor and accessible with an elevator. Every room has large windows, 12-foot high ceilings and orginal wood flooring. The balcony comes with a view on the Rathaus Schöneberg and the Volkspark. We recently redecorated the apartment. The new kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances. The spacious office can be used as an additional bedroom. The apartment is located on a quiet street near the Volkspark. Shopping opportunities are abundant nearby, a movie theater is around the corner, and the neigborhood comes with a wide choice of restaurants. One can easily bike to the different university campuses, but public transportation (bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn) is also easily available. Bicycles can be provided. The apartment comes also with a garage, use can be negotiated. German: Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar. Alle Zimmer haben große Fenster, 3,60 m hohe Decken und originale Holzböden. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick auf das Rathaus Schöneberg und den Volkspark. Wir haben die Wohnung kürzlich renoviert. Die neue Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Das geräumige Arbeitszimmer kann als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer genutzt werden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe des Volksparks. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Kino ist gleich um die Ecke und die Nachbarschaft bietet eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Die verschiedenen Universitätsgelände sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn) sind leicht verfügbar. Fahrräder können zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Garage, deren Nutzung verhandelt werden kann.
