On U1/U3/U8). We’re renting out 110 m² (entire apartment except the study-room) of our spacious 127m², 3.5-room apartment, on the 2nd floor (no lift). The apartment has a built-in kitchen and bright rooms, making it a cozy and comfortable home. - Location: Kreuzberg, 10997 - Size: Effectively 110 m² (It is a 127 m² Altbauwohnung, but we plan to lock away our stuff in part of the guest room. So, this room will be partially-usable to the Untermieter). - Rooms: Large master bedroom with balcony, large living and dining room with kitchen, two bathrooms, one guest room with work desk + one daybed. - Dates: Dec 8, 2025-Mar 8, 2026. Conditions • This is our home. So, we are looking for someone who will really treat it as carefully as their own. • We would prefer someone who enjoys plants and is willing to water our plants twice a week at least. Details The home is spacious and fit for a single person or a couple. It consists of: - 1 huge light-filled master bedroom with an attached sizeable balcony facing the large tree-covered backyard. - A spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen you'll enjoy cooking in. Amenities include a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and basic utensils. - 1 main bathroom, which is large, light-filled, and has a bathtub, a shower, a WC and a Bidet. - 1 additional bathroom with a sink, WC, shower cabin, and new washing machine. - The guest room will be locked and unavailable for use (except, maybe the working desk)... as this room will be occupied by our packed away stuff) - There's even a loft-bed, should you have a friend over for a night. The area is probably one of the most sought-after in Berlin. Some of the coolest bars, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance without being noisy or boisterous. There are large parks and fun flea-markets nearby. And most essentially, the train and bus stations are a 5minute walk and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. We're looking for folk(s) who will look after the home like it is their own, be very respectful of the house, and our neighbours, with whom we have a very comfortable, mutually respectful relationship. You won't be disappointed living here, and I'll guarantee you'll fall in love with the place as soon as you move-in!
