2 rooms apartment of 116 m² in Bochum

English: I am renting out my bright and generously laid-out 116 square meter attic apartment as a temporary rental for a minimum of two and a maximum of three months. My planned departure for a trip abroad is July 1st. However, I am flexible regarding the exact start and end date of the rental. The only important condition is that the rental period must be at least two months. Layout and Furnishings The apartment consists of four rooms, including two separate bedrooms. Additionally, there is a cozy living room and a fully equipped study with a desk and widescreen monitor. This can easily be used for working with your own laptop. The kitchen has its own dining area. All essential everyday items such as cookware, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are available and can be used. The washing machine is located in the basement. The bathroom was recently completely renovated. It offers both a bathtub and a shower. A glass panel for the shower will be installed in May. The photos will be updated afterwards. Special Features Although the apartment is located on the top floor, it remains pleasantly cool in summer due to excellent insulation. A private carport belongs to the apartment and is included in the rent. The garden is spacious and offers a private terrace. It’s a great place to enjoy the summer, relax, or have a barbecue. Suitable for Shared Living With two bedrooms, the apartment is also well suited for a two-person shared flat. Each person has their own room as well as generous common areas. Der geplante Reisebeginn ins Ausland ist der 1. Juli. Ich bin jedoch flexibel, was den genauen Start- und Endzeitpunkt der Miete betrifft. Wichtig ist lediglich, dass der Mietzeitraum mindestens zwei Monate umfasst. Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Zimmern, darunter zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Zusätzlich gibt es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer sowie ein vollständig ausgestattetes Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibtisch und Widescreen-Monitor. Dieser kann problemlos für das Arbeiten mit einem eigenen Laptop genutzt werden. Die Küche verfügt über einen eigenen Essbereich. Alle wichtigen Alltagsgegenstände wie Kochgeschirr, Besteck und weitere Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und können mitbenutzt werden. Die Waschmaschine befindet im Keller. Das Badezimmer wurde vor Kurzem vollständig saniert. Es bietet sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche. Eine Glaswand für die Dusche wird im Mai noch eingebaut. Die Fotos werden anschließend aktualisiert. Besondere Merkmale Obwohl sich die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss befindet, bleibt sie auch im Sommer angenehm temperiert, da sie sehr gut gedämmt ist. Ein eigener Carport gehört zur Wohnung und ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Der Garten ist großzügig angelegt und bietet eine eigene Terrasse. Hier kann man den Sommer genießen, entspannen oder grillen. WG-Eignung Durch die beiden Schlafzimmer eignet sich die Wohnung auch hervorragend als Zweier-Wohngemeinschaft. Jeder hat ein eigenes Zimmer sowie großzügige Gemeinschaftsflächen zur Verfügung.
