English: I’m subletting my apartment for one year starting September 1st, as I’m relocating to Berlin for work. The place is a ~95 sqm loft/studio located on Birkenstraße (corner of Dorotheenstraße), with excellent public transport connections (S-Bahn and tram stop “Flingern S” right nearby). This isn’t your typical apartment – it’s a bright, spacious, and creative living space with an open layout and lots of character. Perfect for anyone who appreciates room to breathe and an individual atmosphere. Die Wohnung ist kein Standardgrundriss, sondern ein kreativer, offener Wohnraum mit viel Licht, viel Platz und vielen Möglichkeiten. Ideal für alle, die gern großzügig, individuell und ein bisschen anders wohnen.
