Modern and high-end, yet cozy and family-oriented. Our large apartment is located in the green and liberal "Komponistenviertel" (composer's quarter) neighborhood in the northeast of Berlin. The house has its own private little playground and the neighbors are international and friendly. A main bedroom, an office room with a sofa that turns into a comfortable single bed, and another office room that we'll furnish with a double bed upon request. A large combined living and dining room with an adjacent large high-end kitchen. The living room has a sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed. Two modern bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub, the other with shower. There is actually yet another room, but we'll move personal stuff in there and lock it, so that it won't be part of the rented space (we hence offer roughly 120m2 to rent out of the complete space of roughly 135m2).
