Ich miete eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung inklusive Nebenkosten für 850 € pro Monat für 4 Monate.
Ich vermiete diese komplett renovierte, 42m² und sehr helle Wohnung, die sich im dritten Stock befindet. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine separate Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie einen Balkon und ist gut klimatisiert.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was Sie zum Einzug von Dezember bis März benötigen: Fernseher, Waschmaschine, Kleingeräte, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Sanitärartikel.
Es liegt im Wedding, einer sicheren, ruhigen und familiären Gegend, in der Nähe der Müllerstraße, einer gut etablierten Straße mit Supermärkten, Spas, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an das Zentrum angebunden, 15 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Wir haben auch zwei Parks ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung, ideal zum Abschalten von der Stadt.
