It's my dream area and I would like to move in 1st of June or 1st of July and looking for a roomate to share this apartment with. :)
It's walking distance to the cutest coffees and some of the best restaurants in Berlin as well as Monbijou Park (ca. 7min), where it's super lovely to enjoy the sunsets at the Spree.
The apartment is currently under constructions. They are adding a wall in the living room to create a second bedroom. Both bedrooms will then have direct access to a balcony.

Es ist meine Traumgegend und ich würde gerne am 1. Juni oder 1. Juli einziehen und suche einen Mitbewohner, mit dem ich diese Wohnung teilen kann :)
Es ist fußläufig zu den schönsten Cafés und einigen der besten Restaurants in Berlin sowie zum Monbijou-Park (ca. 7min), wo es super schön ist, die Sonnenuntergänge an der Spree zu genießen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich derzeit im Umbau. Es wird eine Wand im Wohnzimmer eingezogen, um ein zweites Schlafzimmer zu schaffen. Beide Schlafzimmer werden dann direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon haben.
