Rent 4 bedroom apartment of 108 m² in Berlin

English: From late January 2024 until at most May 2024, we are looking for subtenants for our beautiful furnished apartment on the top floor. It is located directly on the Spree River and offers a fantastic view of the Old Town. It is a new building with real wood parquet flooring. Due to the good insulation of the windows, it is never really too warm or too cold. The apartment has an elevator. Currently, we have divided the rooms into a bedroom (with a private bathroom), living kitchen, guest room (with a double mattress, soon to be a double sofa bed), and office. There is an additional desk in the guest room. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower with a rain shower. The terrace is huge and runs all the way around the apartment. Even in colder temperatures, you can sit outside comfortably, as one corner of the terrace is always sheltered from the wind. There is a bicycle storage room.
German: Von Mitte/Ende Januar 2024 bis maximal Mai 2024 suchen wir Zwischenmieter für unsere schöne möblierte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Sie liegt direkt an der Spree und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Altstadt. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau mit Echtholzparkett. Durch die gute Isolation der Fenster, ist es nie wirklich zu warm oder zu kalt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Wir haben die Zimmer derzeit als Schlafzimmer (mit eigenem Badezimmer), Wohnküche, Gästezimmer (mit Doppelmatratze, bald Doppel-Schlafcouch) und Büro aufgeteilt. Im Gästezimmer steht noch ein zusätzlicher Schreibtisch. Die Bäder sind mit ebenerdiger Dusche mit Regendusche ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist riesig und führt einmal komplett um die Wohnung. Auch bei kälteren Temperaturen, kann man gut draußen sitzen, das eine Ecke der Terrasse immer windgeschützt ist. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller.
